Experience
Rich has been in the Real Estate business since 1979 and has enjoyed many different facets of the industry. Early on he owned his own residential brokerage firm in St. Cloud, MN. After leaving the residential business he worked for ten years as a business broker and commercial REALTOR® for The Calhoun Companies in Edina, MN during which term he was awarded many citations for leadership in sales. After owning a publishing company and a retail bookstore he returned to the real estate business as a manager in the leasing division at the Minneapolis Star and Tribune and from there it was a short jump to Wall Street as an acquisitions consultant and franchise sales for Cendant Corporation. He traveled four states and helped to acquire numerous companies for the Cendant brands. After moving to southwest Wisconsin to be with his family he returned to the residential and commercial brokerage business in the LaCrosse and Vernon County area.
 
Outside Interests
A lifelong rare book collector his walls hold over three thousand volumes of various titles specifically collected to display an interest 
in consciousness theory and philosophy. In the summer he enjoys 
playing tennis and was until a recent injury a water and snow skier. 
With four children and two grandchildren his family time is fully occupied.
